Trained at Macquarie University in Sydney, Amy has a special interest in anxiety disorders including stress, worry and overthinking, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, sleep difficulties, panic and separation anxiety. Amy is highly experienced in both structured and flexible forms of therapy, including the Cool Kids (primary), Cool Little Kids (preschool) and Chilled (high school) evidence based programs, CBT, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, relaxation training, children and family therapy, and parenting strategies. Amy is excited about supporting New Zealand families and young people to develop lifelong skills for resilience and the prevention and management of emotional difficulties.
