For those who don’t know me — I’m Dr Sarah Watson, a mum, cousin, and aunty to a strong force of ADHDers in my family. Professionally, I’m a Senior Clinical Psychologist, CEO of Totally Psyched, Director to NZ for AADPA, and a long-time advocate for ADHD NZ, first joining the board in 2014 and later becoming their Clinical Advisor.

This personal and professional experience gives me a unique insight into the challenges and strengths of living with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity. My goal is always to educate, inspire, and help others create environments where neurodiverse people can thrive.
