Dr. Sarah Watson is the Clinic Director at Totally Psyched and a registered Child & Adolescent Clinical Psychologist. Sarah has over ten years experience as both a Psychologist and leader across a variety of settings, all specialising in working with children, adolescents and their families.

Dr Jamie Speeden is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Paediatrician currently working with children, young adults and their whanau privately at Totally Psyched, at the Waitemata District Health Board and as an Adolescent Physician at a youth health community clinic.

Caroline works from a number of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). The approach used is based on what works best for the client and their family.

Sehar Moughal is a NZ trained specialist Behavioural (BCBA) Psychologist. She was born in Pakistan, is a New Zealander and studied at the University of Auckland where she completed her psychologist training. She is highly experienced in working with a variety of child and adolescent, plus family, behavioural challenges. Sehar has specific training and experience in working with families struggling to manage challenging behaviour, having experience supporting children at a Special School and Rehabilitative services. She is an experienced trainer, speaker and passionate about helping our community of five million.

Dr Mirsad Begic is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with extensive experience working with children, families, adolescents and young adults. He holds a senior role in the clinical leadership team for the district health board and sits on a variety of committees for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry. Dr Mirsad is passionate about providing excellent care for young people and helping them to successfully navigate through their struggles and get back on track.

Dayna is a warm, friendly and approachable Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and their families across a variety of settings. Dayna’s experience includes working with mild to moderate mental health issues in a youth development organisation, providing specialist neuropsychological assessment in a university clinic, and assessment and treatment of moderate to severe complex psychological concerns for the DHB Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. She is experienced in providing assessment and therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents and young adults who present with a wide range of mental health concerns, including and specialising in emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, trauma and abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety disorders and dissociative disorders.

Dr Peg Levine, PhD, EdD, MNZPS

Dr Peg LeVine is an extensively trained and experienced senior registered Clinical Psychologist and academic who specialises in working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. Peg has an exhaustive and impressive background in the care and therapeutic support of children and adolescents who have experienced immense trauma but equally has a breadth of knowledge and skill in all areas of clinical need. As a specialist Clinical Psychologist and Medical Anthropologist she also accounts for cultural and environmental dynamics in her assessments and therapeutic mapping. Alongside her clinical practice, Peg holds an adjunct research Associate Professorship in the School of Global and Population Health at University of Melbourne, Australia, and is a research affiliate at the Center for Advanced Genocide Studies in Los Angeles.
Elaine Driver, BA, PGDipEd, PGDipCouns, MCouns, NZAC, AFT
Elaine is an experienced Counsellor with a passion for working with young people who are experiencing challenges in their life and uses a range of approaches to build strong therapeutic relationships that support young people, parents and families. As a valuable member of our team around a child, Elaine strongly advocates for young people in schools, supporting both learning and mental health needs and can be immense help to parents needing some support for themselves in their parenting journey.
