Meet Lara Grace

Lara is a counselling psychologist who takes a strengths-based and collaborative approach to therapy. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and their families. Lara is a senior clinician with a child and family focus, providing both short- and long-term therapeutic interventions. She uses a range of different modalities, depending on the individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy.
