Lee is an NZAC registered counsellor with an undergraduate psychology degree. She has extensive experience working with young people, adults and families in a variety of roles, including at Health NZ/Te Whatu Ora Community Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS), Salvation Army Bridge programme, Puawaitahi (multi-agency Ministry of Social Development service), and in private practice.

She is passionate about empowering young people and their families to face and overcome the challenges in their lives by increasing understanding of their own and others behaviour. She is trained in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and TA and draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring her approach to individual needs. She has particular interest in systemic dynamics, ADD (inattentive and hyperactive), ASD and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Lee is warm, friendly and encouraging, and it is her privilege to work collaboratively with her clients to grow strengths and teach skills to enable them to walk with greater ease through their lives.
