Meet Niall Heeney

Niall is a relatable psychologist who specialises in working with youth. He believes strongly that understanding and connection are the foundations of supporting young people in their wellbeing journeys. Having an extensive background in telehealth and community based youth work he is adept at forming easy connections with young people.

Niall’s foundation is in client-centred therapy, allowing him to give youth a voice and to truly hear them. He also practices Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to target specific issues. He believes in teaching these skills to his clients, to give them agency and allow them to practice them outside of the therapy context.
