Virginia has experience supporting neurodivergent young people as well as facilitating group programmes. Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem and identity concerns and health-related mental well-being. Virginia also enjoys working with clients who share similar NZ-Asian cultural experiences and she is fluent in English and Cantonese and is conversationally proficient in Mandarin.
Virginia strives to empower clients with practical tools, compassion, and a sense of genuine connection.
