Understanding AuDHD

A six-part video course for anyone supporting a child or teenager who is both autistic and ADHD, often called AuDHD. It explains how the two overlap and interact, why AuDHD can look different to either on its own, and offers practical strategies for home, school and everyday life.

• Emotional wellbeing in AuDHD children and teenagers

Course Format:

Six on-demand video modules, approximately 1.5 hours in total. Watch at your own pace and come back to any module whenever you need it.
